Privacy Policy

The short version. Bubble Fire is a bubble shooter game that works without an account. It does not ask for your name, email or phone number, and your progress is kept on your phone. When it starts, it gets an anonymous player ID from Unity, which we use to count players. If you choose to sign in (Apple, Google or email), your progress is also saved in the cloud so you can continue on another phone. The game shows ads, which use your device's advertising identifier only as far as you allow, and sells optional in-app items paid through Apple or Google; we never see your card details. If you are 16 or older and agree, the game also sends statistics about how you play to Unity and Google; you can turn this off in Settings. You can delete your account and cloud save at any time in the game or through this website.
Who we are
The game is published by Axperts Dariusz Zalewski, ul. Pelikana 1/3, 71-698 Szczecin, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 851 319 2109, REGON 363785540, email biuro@axperts.pl. For the processing described here we are the controller of your data.
What we process and why
- Your progress on the phone: levels, stars, coins, lives, boosters, achievements and settings are stored in a file on your device. It never leaves the phone unless you sign in; if you say YES to game statistics, some of this progress (such as your level, stars and coins) is also included in them.
- Player ID: when you start the game, Unity Authentication (Unity Technologies, on our behalf) creates an anonymous player ID and keeps it on your phone. It is a random identifier, not linked to your name, email address or advertising ID. We use it to count how many people play the game each day (our legitimate interest in knowing how the game is doing) and so that you can sign in and keep a cloud save later (performance of the contract with you). Without a YES to game statistics, nothing about how you play is sent with it.
- Cloud save (only if you sign in): Unity Cloud Save keeps a copy of your progress linked to your player ID, so you can continue on another phone (performance of the contract with you). After a YES to game statistics, the statistics are sent with a Unity installation ID and a Firebase app instance ID (see Game statistics).
- Accounts (optional): if you sign in with Google, Apple or email through Unity Player Accounts, Unity Technologies acts as an independent controller of your email address and Unity account (Unity privacy policy). With Sign in with Apple on iPhone we receive only a stable Apple identifier, not your name or email. With Sign in with Google on Android, Google gives the game a sign-in token that Unity Authentication checks to link your Google account to your player ID.
- Game Center (iPhone, if you use it): the game reports your achievements and your total number of stars to Apple Game Center, which Apple processes as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. The Android version uses no similar service.
- Notifications (only if you allow them): reminders that your lives are full, that the daily gift is waiting or that an event is ending are scheduled on your phone by the game itself. No push server is involved and nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off in Settings or in the system settings.
- Purchases: when you buy coins or another item, Apple or Google processes the payment as an independent controller. The game receives the purchase confirmation from the store (product, transaction number and date), adds the item and keeps the transaction number on your phone (and in your cloud save if you sign in) so that each purchase is delivered exactly once. We never receive your name, card or billing details.
- Ads: see the next section.
- Game statistics (only if you are 16 or older and agree): see Game statistics below.
Ads
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: full-screen ads only between levels and never during a level, and optional videos that you choose to watch for a reward. Ads are limited to content suitable for a general audience. Players who bought No Ads do not see full-screen ads.
To show and measure ads, Google receives from your device the advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, Android advertising ID), IP address, device and app information and ad interactions, according to the Google privacy policy.
Mediation: AdMob uses mediation, so an ad can also come from our mediation partner Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). For this, Unity Ads may receive the ad request data described above, according to the Unity privacy policy.
Age question: before the first ad, the game asks once how old you are. For players under 13 it requests only ads suitable for children (content for everyone, no personalisation, no tracking prompt); for players aged 13 to 15 ads are not personalised and the game does not ask to track. The answer is saved with your progress on your phone (and in your cloud save if you sign in). It also decides whether the game asks about game statistics (only from age 16).
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: before the first ad, the game shows Google's consent message. Personalised ads are used only with your consent (legal basis: consent); without it you still see non-personalised ads, which use data for limited purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
US states with privacy laws: you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising.
Change your choice at any time: Settings, Your privacy choices (shown where these laws apply). On iPhone, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking in the system prompt or in Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID in the system settings.
Game statistics
The game can send statistics about how you play to Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies) and Google Analytics for Firebase (Google), which process them on our behalf as our processors (service providers). This happens only if you are 16 or older and say YES to the game statistics question (legal basis: consent). The game asks once, after the age question. Players under 16 are never asked and no statistics are collected from them. Until you answer, no statistics leave your phone. You can change your choice at any time with the Statistics switch in Settings.
What is sent: gameplay events, such as starting and finishing a level, stars, moves, time, boosters, the daily gift, ads offered and watched, shop and purchase events (product and price), tutorial steps, account actions (such as signing in or out) and your statistics choice, plus standard events that the services record on their own (such as app starts and sessions). The events come with technical data: a Unity installation ID and a Firebase app instance ID, used only after your consent, and the device model, operating system, game version and approximate country. Unity also links the statistics to your player ID (see above). If Google's consent message allows ads, Firebase also uses the advertising identifier for ad measurement in our AdMob account. The statistics contain no name or email address.
Why: to improve the game, balance the difficulty of levels, and find and fix problems.
Changing your mind: if you turn the Statistics switch off, collection stops and the Firebase analytics data on your phone is deleted, including the app instance ID. Deleting your account in the game turns a YES into NO and asks Unity to delete your statistics.
Storage and transfers: Google Analytics keeps the statistics for at most 14 months, and Unity Analytics according to Unity's retention rules. Unity and Google may process the statistics outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. See the Unity privacy policy and the Google privacy policy.
How long we keep data
Your progress on the phone stays until you delete the game. The player ID stays on your phone until you delete the game; at Unity, the player ID and cloud save stay until you delete your account. Game statistics are kept as described in Game statistics. Data held by Apple, Google and Unity as independent controllers is kept under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Write to biuro@axperts.pl.
Deleting your account
In the game: Settings, Save progress, Manage, Delete account. Without the game: see Delete your account.
Children
The game is meant for a general audience and may be played by children. Before the first ad it asks for the player's age; players under 13 get only non-personalised ads suitable for children and are never asked to allow tracking. No game statistics are collected from players under 16: they are never asked about statistics and do not see the Statistics switch. Like every player, they get the anonymous player ID described above, which is used only to count players and for the account, never for ads or statistics. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what is described above. A parent can remove the game data by deleting the game, and the account as described in Deleting your account.
Changes
We will publish any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
