The game

It shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Virtual items and purchases
Coins, lives, boosters, stars and other virtual items are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other players or accounts.
You can buy coin packs, the Starter Pack, No Ads and the contents of the Piggy Bank. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency, including taxes where applicable. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. No Ads turns off full-screen ads; optional reward videos stay available. The Starter Pack can be bought once. No paid item contains random rewards.
Items are added right after the store confirms the payment. If an item does not arrive, use Settings, Purchases, Restore, or write to us.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because purchased items are delivered immediately, by buying you ask us to deliver them at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the item has been delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not delivered. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their rules; refunded items may be removed.
Availability and changes
We keep improving the game and may change its content, balance and prices. We will try to keep your progress between versions. If we ever shut the game down, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days in advance.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
