In the game

Open Settings, then Save progress: Manage, and tap Delete account. Confirm with Delete. Your sign in and your cloud save are deleted immediately and the game continues as a guest. The progress on your phone stays until you delete the game.

Without the game

Send an email to biuro@axperts.pl with the subject "Bubble Fire account deletion" and the sign in method you used (Apple, Google or email). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your Unity player account and your cloud save (levels, stars, coins, lives, boosters, achievements and settings). If you never signed in, there is no account to delete: your progress is only on your phone and disappears when you delete the game.

Your Unity account used for Google or email sign in is separate; you can delete it at player-account.unity.com (Request Deletion).

Game statistics

If you said YES to the game statistics question, the game has sent statistics about how you play to Unity and Google (see the privacy policy). Deleting your account in the game turns that YES into NO, asks Unity to delete the statistics linked to your player ID and deletes the Firebase analytics data on your phone. The Statistics switch in Settings stops statistics without deleting your account. Statistics in Google Analytics are not linked to your name, email address or account and are deleted after at most 14 months. To have your statistics deleted in another way, write to biuro@axperts.pl.
